One Last Everything

I’m falling,
Falling into an abysm,
Falling through shadows,
Through darkness,
Through anger,
Through pain;
Falling into the consuming flames of doubt.

The coldness keeps me alive,
Alive when I’m wishing I was dead.
One last breath of hope
Lifts me over the mist.

The past know gone,
Gone with the happiness, the joy.
The future lies just a minute away.
A minute away from loneliness,
Just a minute away from death.

No more sadness,
No more sorrow,
No more problems,
No more life.

One last goodbye,
One last smile,
One last tear,
One last love,
One last everything.

My Falling Heart

My heart has been falling,

but no cares to save it.

My heart started falling when i am old enough to feel pain,

and understand what pain really is.

My heart fell from outer space,

then into the earth’s atmosphere,

but still no one cares to save it.

It is now in the earth’s crust suffering from

darkness, cuts and constant painfulness,

that people has created.

It is now in the earths core,

hoping that the heat can burn the pain away.

It boils my heart, but still the pain stays.

It will never be gone until someone saves it.

I am desperate for help, but no one cares.

My heart through all the years falling,

no one saved it.

Now regret but too bad you my heart is no more falling

It suffering.

I saw once in this movie that,

“Only LOVE can heal your heart”

I can only hope that someone is brave enough,

to go through the earths core and touch my heart,

and ease my pain away,

i am sick and tired of pretending,

but i just can’t be myself anymore.

I have been ruined

I want and need someone to heal me with love

just like how the stories go

just let me dream……….

Iodine

the timing is wrong

this desire and fascination

driven by an unknown force

a perfect drug

a mixture created in a bathroom sink

collected in an iodine dropper

muscles clench

stomach rejects

let it out

get it out

falling to the floor

hands and knees meet broken glass

absorbs it into them

the body

keeps sucking it up

sucking it in

devouring this poison

loves it

licks it

can’t kick this

can’t pull out now

too late to go back

just give in

body to floor

broken bottles feel stomach

breast

thighs

creeping over and crawling in

a million pests burrowing

don’t fight it

lay still

and just absorb

Breath of Darkness

It never seems that i’ll get a break
from the sadness that fills my life
always falling even further than before
when i thought i couldn’t drowned any more
gasping for air I search to find my soul
surrounded by nothing and reaching for something
but there is no search light to help me see
maybe it’s because there is nothing there for me
loneliness seems to be the only thing in store for me

I’m drifting through the sea of darkness
drowning and clawing out at nothingness
dreaming of better days that never come
remembering past lives that came undone
unglued and lost pieces of a puzzle
a picture of a perfect life fades away

I sleep and i dream of nightmares
to wake up to a living hell
surrounded by mistakes and lies i tell
myself it will be ok even though
I know that nothingness will evoke my
soul
again

a life preserver is nowhere in sight
so i take a deep breath of darkness
and i drowned to feel something
